Jake Sussman, Founder of Superpower Mentors
“Great Minds Think Differently: Turning Learning Differences into Superpowers”
Keynote Teaser
Growing up with ADHD, Jake Sussman understands why learning differences are a challenge for parents and educators. But as the founder of Superpower Mentors, supporting neurodiverse youth around the world, he has seen a powerful truth emerge: learning differences are not burdens to fix, but minds waiting to be unlocked.
Jake shares how reframing his own learning difference changed the trajectory of his life – inviting us to support neurodiverse kids, not by lowering expectations or chasing normal, but by creating environments that help them understand their minds, trust themselves, and develop their strengths. His talk is a call to action, and a reminder that some of the minds best equipped to solve the world’s biggest problems are the ones that think differently.
